Challenge
The bank's technology arm needed a set of IT projects and enterprise platforms that would coexist with the bank's existing systems while sharing one standard of security, governance and operability. The variety of systems and regulatory requirements had made every new addition slow and costly.
Our approach
Instead of building every system from scratch, Niadad used its ready platforms as building blocks, configuring and integrating them for the bank's requirements. Every delivery came with documentation, testing and knowledge transfer to the client's team.
Solution
A set of projects covering party management, identity and access, API management and integration, monitoring and service desk, risk and compliance, the policy engine and digital signature was developed and delivered. The contract closed in 2026 with a certificate of good performance.
