Challenge

Water-consumption rights are recorded in scattered documents and disconnected systems, and transferring or supervising them is difficult and opaque. Any replacement scheme first requires a correct understanding of the rules for issuing, transferring and revoking rights and of the stakeholders' roles.

Our approach

Niadad and Mehrasazan Zist-Fanavar Farafar have begun the project with a discovery and analysis phase: documenting the domain, stakeholders and requirements, then designing the token and distributed-ledger model. Nothing is built before the domain rules are clear.

Solution

The output of this phase is the design of a transparent, traceable blockchain-based ledger that turns each consumption right into a token and records its issue, transfer and use, with enforceable policies in Parsa, risk monitoring in Dadban and party identity and signature through Arya. The project is in design and has not reached operation.

Technology

01

Domain discovery and stakeholder analysis

02

Consumption-right token model design

03

Transparent, traceable distributed ledger

04

Policy engine and risk monitoring

05

Party identity and digital signature

Results

A shared, documented understanding of water-right rules and their stakeholders.

A design framework for the token model and distributed ledger.

Architecture aligned with policy, risk and identity from the start.

Next phase

Completing the design phase and deciding jointly on building a prototype within a controlled scope.

Let's build together.
