Together with Gashvad Intelligence & Knowledge, Niadad founded ZiRA Smart Commerce of the Anzali Free Zone, the company that owns the ZiRA brand. ZiRA is an ecosystem of commercial, operational, enterprise and social platforms, each developed with a defined owner and role for each partner.

Strategic JV & Digital Ecosystem
ZiRA began with a simple question: when two technology companies with complementary platforms stand side by side, how do you build a digital ecosystem that is larger than the sum of the two? The answer was a strategic joint venture: ZiRA Smart Commerce in the Anzali Free Zone, jointly owned by Niadad and Gashvad Intelligence & Knowledge.
The ZiRA brand belongs to this joint company and the ecosystem's products are offered under it. For each product, the ownership and role of each partner, whether design, development, operation or market, is recorded as metadata so that legal and technical clarity is preserved from the start. That is why ZiRA platforms are the ecosystem's products, not Niadad's.
Niadad's contribution to the ecosystem is the infrastructure layers: data, AI, identity, integration and operations. Niadad platforms serve ZiRA products as infrastructure and, in return, the ZiRA ecosystem gives those platforms a real market and real feedback.
The Anzali Free Zone, where the joint company is registered, allows products to be developed with regional markets in view. The list of ecosystem platforms and their grouping is available on the ZiRA ecosystem page.
