Blockchain & Tokenization

A right that is recorded stays traceable.

Blockchain & Tokenization is Niadad's solution for transparent, traceable ledgers of rights, starting with water-consumption rights, now in design. Water-consumption rights are today recorded in scattered documents, paper registers and disconnected systems, which makes transferring or supervising them difficult. Together with Mehrasazan Zist-Fanavar Farafar, Niadad is in discovery, analysis and design of a solution that turns each consumption right into a token on a distributed ledger, so that its issue, transfer and use are transparent and traceable. The solution is still in design; operational use has not begun.

Value chain

A transparent, traceable ledger of rights, with a first application in tokenizing water-consumption rights; currently in discovery, analysis and design.

Key capabilities

Domain discovery and analysis

Before any code, the rules for issuing, transferring and revoking rights, the stakeholders and the regulatory requirements are analysed and documented with the domain partner.

Token and ledger model design

Designing how each right becomes a token, who may issue or transfer it and which events are recorded immutably.

Policy, risk and compliance

Domain rules become enforceable policies in Parsa, and Dadban monitors the operational and compliance risks of the scheme from the outset.

Identity and signature of parties

Every transfer is bound to the verified identity and digital signature of the parties so the chain of ownership is evidentiary; Arya provides that layer.

What the organisation gets

A shared, documented understanding of consumption-right rules before anything is built.

A design for a transparent, traceable ledger that records issue, transfer and use.

An architecture aligned with policy, risk and identity from the start.

Let's build together.
