Problem

A customer's information in a bank is duplicated and drifts apart across the core system, channels, CRM and paper files. Every system holds its own version of the person, KYC is repeated, and answering the simple question of who this party is and how they relate to us takes several systems.

Platform overview

Ashna is Niadad's system of record for natural and legal persons: identity, documents, addresses, relationships, roles and the KYC file in one model. Each party's golden record is built by matching and merging sources, with a full history of changes, so the core system, channels and compliance all rely on one version of the truth.

Key capabilities

Party model

Holds natural and legal persons, roles, relationships and related groups in one standard model.

Golden record

Matches and merges duplicate records from different sources into one authoritative version.

KYC file

Keeps documents, verification level, validity dates and customer-due-diligence evidence with an approval workflow.

History and audit

Every change is recorded with time, actor and previous value, and a party's state on any date can be reconstructed.

Quality and validation

Runs identity, address and document validation rules at entry and periodically.

Party services

Exposes search, create, update and change events to other systems through APIs and events.
