Problem
When services depend on each other directly and synchronously, one slow or failing service drags down the rest, and requests are lost at peak load. Long-running work such as invoicing or notifications keeps user-facing channels waiting.
Platform overview
Payam is Niadad's decoupling layer between services: a producer places a message on a queue and a consumer takes it at its own pace. Guaranteed delivery, per-queue ordering, retries with back-off and dead-letter queues mean no work is lost silently and load is absorbed in a controlled way.

Messages are persisted until the consumer acknowledges them.
