Problem

Business rules (transaction limits, approval conditions, access thresholds) are scattered through the code of every system. Changing one policy takes several teams and several releases, and nobody can show the rule is applied the same way everywhere.

Platform overview

Parsa is Niadad's central policy engine: it lifts policies out of individual systems and keeps them as versioned code. Systems ask Parsa's decision point at the moment of a decision (allow, deny, require approval) and the answer is logged with its reasoning. A policy change goes through review and testing, not through redeploying systems.

Key capabilities

Policy as code

Defines rules in a readable, versioned language and releases them through review and testing.

Central decision point

Systems ask through a low-latency API and receive allow, deny or a condition.

Access rules

Evaluates ABAC policies for Shanasa and Sepehr.

Business rules

Applies limits, approval conditions and product restrictions for channels and the core system.

Simulation and testing

Measures the effect of a new policy on real data before release.

Decision logging

Records every decision with its input, applied policy and reasoning so it can be reconstructed for audit.
