Problem
Digital processes fall back to paper at the point of signature: contracts, forms and payment orders are printed and filed. Scattered electronic signatures, without a chain of trust and independent verification, carry limited legal and operational weight.
Platform overview
Arya is Niadad's signature and sealing service for other systems: certificate issuance and management, signing of documents and transactions with common standards, timestamping and independent verification. Signed documents are archived with full evidence, and any party can check their validity without depending on the issuing system.
Key capabilities
Public-key infrastructure
Issues, renews and revokes certificates for users, the organisation and services, and works with external authorities.
Document signing
Signs PDF and XML documents by one or several signatories, in order, in standard formats.
Transaction signing
Confirms sensitive orders and messages with the signer's key before execution.
Timestamping
Records the time of signature with a trusted timestamp so the document stays valid long-term.
Verification
Checks signature validity, the certificate chain and document integrity and produces a verification report.
Evidence archive
Archives the signed document together with signing evidence and an audit trail.
